The Avalon Pedestrian Bridge & Promenade Gateway
View allThe Avalon Pedestrian Bridge will provide safe and direct pedestrian access over the Pacific Harbor Rail Line train tracks and realigned Water Street to the future Wilmington Waterfront Promenade. The total project cost is $65 million with Measure M grant funding of $10.2 million from Metro. Construction is expected to start in the fall of 2024.
